MERIDIAN-BALANCE-MASSAGE

The Meridian-Balance-Massage is a well feeling and deep relaxing whole body massage. The Chinese view of diease as disharmony between two opposing forces of Yin and Yang or the Five Elements.

The body has two main meridians - Ren Mai and Du Mai in front and back middle side of the body and another 12 meridians, who are connected with the organs. Six meridians are connected with Yin - and six are connected with Yang Energy.

You stroke all the meridians in a special circulation. You will go with the flowing of the meridians and by themselves they will balanced or get more in harmony.

It is not too much to do, just be conscious of the flowing and go with it in a state of attention and compassion.

Then it will be balance for body, mind and soul.

You will learn it in 1 day and you don't need any previous knowledge.

Every participant will get his own study letters.

Last not least you will learn also, how to flow your own "rivers".
